While stormy weather and grey skies may depress some, our students of the residential wing made the most of the outdoors during the night out to Adventure Cove! Our students set of on the journey to this weekend getaway soon after the Parent Visit, thrilled to be out on the road in such pleasant weather.
At Adventure Cove, situated an hour and a half away from school, our students were warmly welcomed by the proprietor Mr Prasad and his team with some energizers and ice-breakers that set the tone for the rest of the trip. The sudden burst of rain that followed dinner was not only thrilling but was a true test of our students outdoor survival skills and made for a true adventure camp experience.
The following morning saw our students undertake a long and scenic trek amidst natural rock formations and green trails. Adventure activities like rock-climbing, rapelling, zip-lining and river-crossing, saw our students, irrespective of their age, push themselves to overcome and triumph over their reservations. The sumptuous lunch was followed by many team-building activities that helped our students bond with each other, making the trip a truly unforgettable experience!
